Hey, I am paying remittance basis tax in one tax year, I have foreign income and choose unremitting any of them, I want to confirm that for that tax year i will need to fill SA100 yes SA109 yes SA106 no Many thanks for your kind help.

Yes, to claim the remittance basis you need to complete the return and the SA109.

Hey, I am on similar situation: I report taxes in UK on non-domiciled remittance basis. I have foreign interest income, foreign chargeable gain and dividend, and choose unremitting any of them. Since I didn't bring in any of them, am I required to declare those foreign income/gain/dividends? If so should I make the declaration on SA109 or SA108 (capital gains)? Thank you.
