Self assessment paper forms sent abroad (Greece)

Hello, I was expecting the self assessment form by paper, which usually arrives in Greece around May. But because i haven't received it, even in July, two weeks ago i called HMRC and ordered again the paper forms. Do you know how many days usually are required, for paper forms to be delivered to eastern europe (Greece)? Any chance you know what Royal mail service, HMRC is using. So we can have a estimation, on delivery date. Thank you in advance!

We don't have any details on the post service used. We would usually say to allow up to 4 weeks for mail to be received .
