Is Co-Working space taxable

My Employer is a fully remote organisation. However say they will cover the costs up to $400 per month. They have told me to expense this, but my UK PAYE provider is telling me that co-workspace is a taxable benefit. Can anyone confirm if thats true or not. For reference i am not self employed i am a full time employee.

This is a taxable benefit but would also be covered by an expenses claim so in effect they would cancel one another out.
