Registering self-assessment account

When registering a self-assessment account, which checkbox should I tick under “Why do you need to complete a tax return?” if I have a capital gain from selling my only residential property overseas?

Just click the box that reads 'For any other reason,
There should be steps after this to progress your registration, and advice on how to file for Capital Gains Tax.
