I was previously non-resident landlord with my Hong Kong address registered in HMRC database, and I calculated and filed my tax return via commercial software in the tax year 2022-23. I moved to UK in late July 2024 and I recently set up my Personal Tax account (I also have my NINO), but I did not see my tax return records of previous year on this online account, this implies that my UTR and my NINO are not linked up. How can I link up my UTR with my Personal tax account, so that I can file my self assessment online? And how I can update my previous Hong Kong correspondence address to my current UK address?
