Do I need to pay UK tax?

Hello, I’ve been living abroad since 2021. I’m not a tax resident. I’m a freelancer. Under what circumstances do I still need to pay UK tax? Is it if I do work for a client based in the UK? Is it if I still have an in-use bank account in the UK? Thank you!
