Reply from self-assessment

Hi All, I have submitted the paper forms of self assessment in begin of Oct 2023, as per the status, they have been received by 9 Oct, however, I am not yet received any letter regarding the result, ie, should I need to pay tax? I am afraid if I have missed some important information or in case they had sent me the letter for further information but it was lost finally that I never receive the letter, What should I do or should I need to check with HMRC?
