I need help with self penalties, I can't contact anyone to resolve my issues.

I have tried calling, but I get cut off after 1 hour. I can't get to speak to anyone. I don't have an email address for help. This is my last resort. Penalties keep rising but I don't know why and I can't speak to anyone to find out what's going on. Someone help me please?

If you select 'Ask HMRC online' and request to speak to an adviser you will be put in the queue for webchat.
