Overseas resident can download and print SA100?

I live overseas and need to submit a paper tax return including SA100,105 and 109. The gov.uk site seems to indicate that supplementary pages can be downloaded and printed but SA100 cannot, although it's not explicitly clear. Can I download, print and complete SA100 or do I need to call and request a paper copy is sent to me? Thanks

To file a paper return for 22/23 or earlier, you can download and print a return from the National Archive, here
