Working from home allowance

Hi I am employed as Ambulance Response Driver based at home on-call for 24 hours over a 7 day period. The vehicle is kept at home. During the on-call period, I will undertake a daily vehicle check and keep it clean. In addition, I will attend Ad hoc ‘zoom’ meetings when required together with annual on-line training courses. Can I claim for the allowance please? Thank you.
