I had got gateway number and password number. but HMRC have the questions of "WE NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY" to ask me to answer the questions. I answered the questions. I cannot confirm my identity. I didn't know what had happened. I just wanted to confirm my identity to make a HMRC online self-assessment.

To access your online acount you will need to pass the security questions to verify your identity. If you answered the questions correctly but still not able to access then you will need to contact our online helpdesk for assistance.
