If I move to UK and start working in UK from 15 Feb 2022, can I still claim the pension allowance that I did not used in tax year of 2021 to 2022 in 2023/2024 tax year? I do not need to pay tax in UK in 21/22 as I am not staying in UK more than 45 days before 6 Apr 2022.

Hi,
You cannot carry forward unused allowances from any tax year where you were not a member of at least one UK registered pension scheme, or a qualifying overseas pension scheme.
Thank you.
