Self Assesment for 2 jobs

Help!! I recently opened a company and it was incorporated on the 20th march. On my business tax account it says I dont need to file a return, I didnt do any business before april anyway... but on my personal self asessment I dont know how many employers to put as I have a full time job and then i started my own company... bit confused and would appreciate any help.

If you only received income from the full time job during the tax year thats the only employer you need to declare.
