Do I need to send a self assessment tax return

Hello, I have checked if i need to send one by the "Check if you need to send a Self Assessment tax return" and it says I do not need to send one. Does that mean I don't need to do anything, in written form or online form?

If you do not meet the crtieria and you have a live Self Assessment record then you will need to contact our Self Assessment team to review and close the record accordingly. Self Assessment: general enquiries
If you do not have a live Self Assessment record, then you do not need to do anything as your record will be reviewed after the tax year end through your PAYE records.
