Dear Sir/ Madam, I arrived in the UK on 17 Feb 2023 and lived in a rented apartment for 48 days in the tax year of 2022 - 2023 (whole rental period : 17 Feb 2023 - 30 June 2023). I have full time work overseas (44 hours per week) and I was on vacation leave from 17 Feb 2023 to 6 July 2023. I had salary during the vacation leave and being taxed by the overseas government. I do not have any job in the UK up to the present moment. I have the following two questions: 1) Am I regarded as an UK resident and need to submit a tax return for the tax year 2022 - 2023? 2) If I do not need to submit a tax return for the year 2022 - 2023, do I have to take any action to make the choice of delivery of tax letter in my Government Gateway regarding the tax year of 2022 - 2023? Thank you very much. Cheers
