Partnership, Capital Gains and NIC4

Hello, NIC4 is charged on the partnership income. Does the partnership income include the share of capital gains received from the partnership for the purpose of calculating the NIC4 charge? Thank you

No, National Insurance is only applicable on the earnings/profit and not capital gains.
