Likely time for tax to be calculated for 2023/24 self asssessment

I completed an online self assessment form four months ago. I know I am owed money . Every time I login I get this message: "Income Tax for 6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024 will be calculated over the coming months, usually between June and October. Your Income Tax will be updated when that happens." As we are now nearly at the end of October I'm curious to know if there is a backlog of calculating tax or if it is likely to be done soon.
