Requirement to submit a Self Assesment and Foreign income amounts.

I have a small £45 foreign income due to excess reportable income from overseas UK reporting investment funds. I don't otherwise need to submit a self assesment return. Do I have submit a self assesment return or is there another way to report this small amount?
