Hello there For months now my daughter has not been able to obtain a share code. Keeps on getting an error message on portal. Customer service keeps on telling us that they need the technical team to look at it and that they keep on sending the message to them but nothing happens. We have spent countless hours on the phone. She is not able to complete her Uni enrolment to her 3rd year and she can’t rent her accommodation. We are at a loss. Can somebody help ???

Thanks, as said in my post we have already used the technical support route but we still keep on going working in circles
