Self Assesment (Too Much Tax)

Hi, I have just put in my figures for 2022-23 My PAYE is 32,500 & my self employment is around 22,000. All of the tax calculators online sit around 6-7000 worth of tax to be paid yet online it's telling me I owe £8,400. Is this an error in tax code? Where could I have gone wrong?

There will also be a charge for Class 4 National Insurance in your calculation for your self employment income.
