Repayment Delay

Hi there, I received an email to say that my repayment application had been received after applying for a refund. But I cannot see anywhere where it refers to it being 'pending'. Where would it show this? I have seen many posts referring to the repayment being 'pending' but I can't see it anywhere. It's been 4 weeks. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I should see this or should I fill out another repayment request?

To check on the progress of your repayment, log into your Personal Tax Account, and click on the 'Check Progress' tab, at the top of the page just below the blue bar. If the progress of your repayment still doesn't show, contact us by webchat or phone via Income Tax: general enquiries to allow us to check this for you.
