Bank's Rebate for Bill Payment in Bank's Account

Dear Sir/Madam, For some payment of my bill via debit card, the bank issued rebate for that payment in my bank account as part of their promotion. Should I report such rebate in my self assessment return? Thank you very much! Kind regards,
