how to register for 2 self employed work

Hi, I am working as freelancer as an IT consultant and also running a home catering as well. Now these are 2 different types of self employement. I want to register as self employed person so do I have to register twice for each of the business or only once? Can you please clear the matter?

You only register once but declare 2 self employments on the tax return . Thank you .
