Personal self assessment, tax account incorrectly linked

Hi, It seems that a business account has linked itself to my personal gateway account, i do not own a business so this needs to be removed from my account. How can i do this? Also, if needed, can my personal gateway account be deleted and i create a new one without the business account associated? thanks
