EV Charging Reimbursed in Full - to be listed on P11d?

We have 2 EV vehicles, one the company owns, and one the company leases. Both vehicles are used for business and personal journeys. Both vehicles charge while out on the road (for business), the employee pays this cost. If these charging costs are fully reimbursed to the employee, do they need to be listed on the employee’s P11d?
