Professional fees

I have included £220 professional fees against my tax code - now 1279L. Do I need to include these under ‘Employment expenses’ when completing a self assessment or is this already recognised through the tax code? Thanks

Any professional fees or other expenses that are claimed in-year and added to your tax code must also be declared in your tax return for that year.
