Self assessment - student loan 2022/2023 tax year HELP please

Hi, I am unsure what I need to write in the box to the question 'Did you receive notification from Student Loans Company that repayment of a Postgraduate Loan began before 6 April 2023?' If you have answered 'Yes' to the above question please explain why: I am below the threshold to start paying back from my income just yet, so not too sure what I need to explain in the box. It also states if you change the answer to this question from 'Yes' to 'No', you will be asked to explain why you think this is different to our records below. What is the correct answer to this question? any help is greatly appreciated!

If you received notification that Student Loan repayments are due then you would need to answer "Yes" and if your income is below the treshold to start paying back the loan no charge will be calcuated.
