Child benefit overpayment - for part of a year

Hi, I received child benefit for my three children between March 2023 to September 2023. I was expecting to pay some of it back as my pay was over the £50k threshold at the time. However, I got a new job from October/ November 2023 and so stopped child benefit payments from then before my higher pay kicked in which took me well over the threshold. I'm now trying to calculate how much I owe with little success. Could anyone advise how I'm meant to work this out? Thanks and best wishes.
