UTR has not been reopened

My utr was removed until I proved my identity in January 2023, received letter 24/02/23 informing me UTR would be re opened within 60 working days. It has now been 95 working days and I have been told today on web chat they still have no further update. I have been in contact twice and promised a letter would be sent out but nothing.
