Where is the self-assessment tile in my tax account?

There is no self-assessment tile in my tax account... Last year, a tax accountant filed my tax return for me (but I know my UTR). But this year I am planning to do the self-assessment myself. I understand that to begin the self-assessment you need click on the tile within my personal tax account...but I do not have one. I have tried to resolve this: a) via the online assistant (no use at all) b) via the one of the helplines (who told me to contact tech support on the page itself but I recived no response) How do I get the self-assessment tile to appear on my tax account so I can begin my tax return? Thanks!
