Hi Scenario is that I was made redundant 23 years ago at "Firm A". I then went to work for another firm ("Firm B") and left there after 2 years. I then went back to work for "Firm A" in a different role and have stayed there since (for the last 20 or so years). I am now being made redundant again at "Firm A" The company is now saying that my £30,000 redundancy tax free allowance is shared between the redundancy payment received 23 years ago and the one I will be receiving soon. Is this correct? Thanks
