Repayment Pending after resubmission and extra checks have already taken place

Hello, Why is my payment still repayment pending? Originally submitted on 13 June, 09 September heard that there were additional checks required and we resubmitted again, hear on 22nd October that new claim accepted and repayment pending should be within 10 days or may be longer if further checks are required. 4 weeks later no payment has been received and I am unsure why further checks are required if this has already been actioned on first submission. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
