Incorrect Bank Account Details on Tax Refund

Hi I had inputted incorrect bank account details in my Tax Refund for 2022-23. Have been trying to reach HMRC through multiple channels to update the bank account but, no response. What forms do I have to fill to update the bank account details and receive my refund?

If you submitted your Self Assessment online you can still amend the 2022/23 tax return online here:
Self Assessment tax returns.
If you are unable to amend online you will need to send the details in writing to review:
HMRC, Self Assessment & PAYE, BX9 1AS UK.
