Tax Calculation

My self assessment for this year has been submitted (less than £1000 so I’m not on account) The calculated amount on my copy gives a correct figure. However when moving to the payment screen the figure to pay is %50 more? The assessment has be re checked 3 times I have no outstanding charges/ interest/ etc
