I receive a letter to tell me file late 22/23 tax year return but it should be an error

Hi, I received a letter from HMRC that told me I need to file a tax return for the tax year 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023, which I believe that is an administrative error. Below are my circumstances: 1. I started living in UK since September 2023. 2.I am not an UK resident in any previous tax years before September 2023. 3.I have no UK income before moving. I should not be requested to file any return for any previous year before Sep 2023, but I noticed that there is a 'late' 22/23 return for me to complete on the online platform. What should I do next? Could you please give me some advices?
