(1) If a shareholder has a choice to receive dividends as cash or to re-invest, does the latter still count as a cash dividend (or does it count as a "stock" dividend? (2) If an RSU has vested and been taxed via P60 (i.e. shares withheld), should the "Share Schemes Income" box be ticked under the "Other UK Income" section (and then the taxable amount set to zero), or should this just not be ticked at all?

Hi orgndy-slog-0k,
It will be a cash dividend. as the RSU is part of your P60, you dont include it anywhere else.
It is on the P60 as part of your employment page.
