Hello. I am a UK resident on a BRP (sponsored by my emoloyer) and used to live in the UK and work for the NHS. I have moved to the Netherlands and started working remotely for a couple of months. Now I became a resident in the Netherlands and want to work remotely for the NHS for a longer period of time ( almost permanently in NLD with few visits to the UK ). I still have a UK address. I need to know the legal requirements for my case in terms of income taxes, council, National insurance… and if my employer has any obligations as well. Thank You

Hi,

Please refer to:

Tax on your UK income if you live abroad

We can only advise you on HMRC aspects and you will need to contact other sources direct to ascertain their requirements.

Thank you.
