Self Assessment for overseas saving interest and dividends

Hi, Can I please confirm if below statements are correct? 1. I do not need to register for Self Assessment if my UK and overseas bank saving interest is less than £10000 for 2023/2024 2. I do not need to register for Self Assessment if my overseas dividends received is less than £10000 for 2023/2024 (separate from the saving interest £10000 allowance) Thank you!
