So what happened to my first payment on account from 22/23 tax year?

HRMC took an advanced payment of around £500 for the 23/24 tax year. So why isn't that amount showing anywhere on my tax form and not taken off my calculation? I also asked for the first payment on account to be reduced to 0 for the 24/25 tax year as I haven't been self employed since the start of the year. So why is the amount still showing in my calculation? It's ridiculous.
