Tax repayment issues

I have applied for a tax repayment on 11 th of May. I have received a message on7th of Juneon my Hmrc account the payment will be made.I have checked online on my Hmrc account it shows no payments made . I am trying to contact the banking department to check if something is wrong or any other issue with no luck.
