Foreign accounts but no income

Hi, I have a few foreign accounts (shares, crypto accounts etc) on which I have not received any income as I have not sold/traded my current holdings. Do I need to declare these foreign accounts anyway? If so, where? Is it on the SA form? Thank you in advance! Best Clement
