self assessment recalculation

I had self assessment recalculation done by HMRC because of the amount of tax paid did not match. The letter shows figures from only two out of four companies I worked for through the year 23-24, I have all the payslips with tax deductions from all four companies, does this mean the taxes was not paid by the other two companies that were not mentioned on the letter?
