Do international sales count as foreign income?

Hi, I sell illustration commissions to a mainly foreign market. The work is done in the UK and the end product is digital so nothing is physically sent abroad but I mainly receive money in USD. Does this count as a foreign income? I don't pay foreign taxes on it.

You would show this as self employed income and convert it to sterling to declare it on your tax return.
