HMRC Tax Return 2023 Postal address

Hi, I have posted my Tax Return 2023 to : HM Revenue and Customs NORTHEAST METROPOLITAN AREA FOUNTAIN COURT 119 GRANGE ROAD MIDDLESBROUGH TS1 2XA But this HMRC department is permanently closed, so I received my Tax Return 2023, back. Where should I post it? I would like to mention that I do not live in the UK, I do not have NINO, and I cannot do it electronically. I just have an income from renting a property.
