I couriered a letter to HMRC which was signed for on the 18th of October 2024. When can I expect the letter to be processed? I sent it to the following address: HM Revenue and Customs BP8002 Benton Park View Newcastle Upon Tyne NE98 1ZZ United Kingdom

The options do not cater for my request. If I select other then it says I need to use another service to find out...

I have contacted the call center 3 times already. The last time I was advised that I would have a response by the 11th of November. Hence I am trying to determine how long it takes for the HMRC to scan my letter and action it?
