Im planning to leave UK permanently next month. I have been working since 2021. If i fill p85 will i be able to claim tax back from 2021 -2024 or just tax paid in 2024-2025 tax year will be refunded.

You will only be able to claim a refund for the current tax year 2024/2024 -
