Paying tax 23/24

i start renting my properties around July 2023, do i need to pay tax before 31 Jan 2024, or am I paying next year in 2025? can I pay it now? thanks

Hi,

You will not declare the total income until after 6 April 2024. The due date for the 2023/24 tax return is 31 January 2025.
