Why you have deleted my tax account

Hello, I use my tax account every year. I use it often. However, you have deleted my account whith explanation that it not used for the last three years which is not correct!!!!! My partner's account is also deleted which is ridiculous because he submit a tax returns every year. I have a frined of mine who also checked after i told her. She told me the same happen to her and her husband. Why???????
