Foreign property income

After declaring that I receive foreign income I'm trying to fill in the section for foreign income details online and there is an empty text box asking for details of the country it comes from, the amount and any tax paid - no matter what I enter it tells me 'not required to complete foreign section' but I always have had to in the past. The income is from Jersey and I've written the name, the JEY code, even tried other countries but it just says the same thing. Normally there's a page where I fill out details of the income and tax paid but I can't get to it, any idea what's going wrong? Thanks.

Please check the question - if you were unable to transfer any of your oversea income - if you have answered yes to this you need to change it to no.
