When will my tax year overview update

I filed my self assessment 2 weeks ago. It said up to 3 working days usually to update. I am trying to apply for a mortgage and can't do it until my tax year overview is showing. Is it normal to wait this long and is there anything I can do? Tried phoning and just couldn't get through to anyone!
